Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for three Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor positions in Co. Kildare. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained
• Assist with staff training, task delegation, and motivation
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering stock and supplies
• Manage cash handling, till operations, and end-of-day reporting
• Support promotional campaigns and upselling techniques to drive sales
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
