The Dough Bros, recognised as one of the best pizza destinations in Ireland, is searching for a talented
Chef de Partie to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in crafting pizzas to our high standards
and work closely with a skilled team of chefs to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities- Skilled in handling and stretching various dough textures to consistently high standards.
- Experienced in assembling pizzas with a keen eye for ingredient balance, flavour, and presentation.
- Proficient in stock control and rotation, ensuring accurate tracking of dough made 72 hours in advance for optimal freshness.
- Strong understanding of dough proofing stages, with the ability to assess readiness by sight and touch to prevent issues during preparation.
- Initiative to identify and resolve kitchen issues proactively, maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Responsible for waste management, documenting any discarded or damaged pizzas, and analysing causes to minimize waste.
- Collaborative in working with chefs to enhance efficiency and reduce waste through effective communication.
- Able to deliver outstanding customer service while preparing food, with chefs as part of the restaurant’s visible, engaging atmosphere.
- Relevant degree in Culinary Arts (or specify degree if applicable), providing a strong foundation in culinary techniques and kitchen management. - is a bonus
- Additional professional training in food safety, sanitation, and high-volume cooking, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Extensive experience in the food industry, with both front- and back-of-house expertise.
- Skilled in catering to large groups and managing high-volume orders with precision and efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, with demonstrated leadership and kitchen management abilities.
- 1-2 years specializing in the pizza industry, including advanced dough handling, flavour balance, and high-quality assembly techniques.
- Knowledgeable in Middle Eastern cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional flavors and ingredients to create unique menu combinations.
