The role

We're currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing team that spans across our European Business. Working with our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with our hiring managers and the wider HR team to focus on attracting and sourcing the very best talent for our business.

You will need to be highly resilient with excellent communications skills and have experience in managing large volume recruitment campaigns. The ability to manage multiple priorities will be a vitally important in this role. We consistently drive a high level of service to the business by operating at a fast pace and delivering the required talent for both business as usual and project activity.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will focus on attracting and sourcing high quality diverse candidates across multiple business functions including Customer Services (some with European language requirement)
Centred on direct sourcing, you will partner with stakeholders/hiring managers and work with them to implement targeted TA strategies for their business functions, utilising a proactive sourcing approach
Through the use of direct hiring tools and strategies, you will raise the profile of our employer brand
Ensure a first class candidate experience is provided to all applicants through every stage of our recruitment process
Build and foster solid working relationships both internally and externally
What We're Looking For
Essential
  1. 8 years in-house or agency recruitment experience ideally recruiting across Customer Service or broader financial services roles
Experience recruiting for multilingual positions would be an advantage
A proven track record of delivering within a fast paced, customer focused environment
Experience in the use of social media direct sourcing techniques; specifically LinkedIn Recruiter
Use of applicant tracking systems
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Previous experience recruiting in Financial Services.
