An international law firm with a strong presence in Dublin is looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, client-facing environment and takes pride in creating a seamless, high-quality experience for visitors and staff alike.
As the first point of contact in a busy legal office, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s operations – from managing front-of-house duties and coordinating meetings to providing broader administrative and office support.You’ll be part of a dynamic workplace where attention to detail, discretion, and a positive attitude are valued.

What they’re looking for:
- 2+ years' reception or front-of-house experience in a financial services /Law firm / Corporate services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-service mindset.
- A team player who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in a well-run office.
- Confident IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), and ideally some familiarity with Cisco phones.
